Cooking Instructions

Your crab cakes come chilled, maintain temp at no higher than 42 degrees & keep covered until cooking time

(DO NOT FREEZE)

At time of cooking, transfer the crab cakes to a buttered cookie sheet / baking pan, leaving 1/4" between each one.  Preheat conventional oven to 425 degrees / convection oven to 375 degrees

For entree' size cook in conventional oven approx 13 minutes, convection approx 9 min

For optional moisture, remove when crab cake becomes golden brown & peaks are turning dark brown

serve immediately

For hors'doeuvre size, reduce cooking time by approx half

Refrigerate leftovers
